Larissa Hampton
B.S., ACSM-CPT

Larissa graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2008, attaining a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion with an emphasis in Strength & Conditioning. In 2009, she became certified as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Her experience working in corporate fitness and club fitness included group fitness classes and the development of individual exercise regimens.

Larissa believes it takes complete commitment from each other during training. As a trainer, she will challenge you so your goals are reached. As a client, you need to have determination. If you are dedicated to push yourself to the maximum while training, you will change.

Kate Horton, ACSM-CPT

Kate graduated from the University of Nebraska-Kearney with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with a Sports Nutrition emphasis. She is a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and also has experience as a Group Exercise instructor.

Kate enjoys working out, fishing, watching football, traveling (particularly back to Nebraska), and spending time with her husband and dog.

AdamAdam Knoelke, ACSM-CPT

An Oconomowoc native, Adam enjoyed all sports activities but put most of his focus on tennis, golf, football, snowboarding, slalom skiing, and basketball. In High School, Adam played football and tennis.

After Luther Prep he went on to Carroll College and was graduated in 2009 with a Bachelors Degre in Exercise Science. At Carroll, Adam was on the Men's varsity tennis team all 4 years and was elected team Captain his senior season. He was also an assistant coach for the women's tennis team.

Adam is looking forward to meeting and working with all of you!

Heidi PietenpolHeidi Pietenpol, CPT

Heidi brings over 5 years of experience to our team, she holds a personal trainer certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). As a former collegiate student-athlete, Heidi earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. She was a 4-year collegiate swimmer earning team captain honors.

As a Fitness Professional, Heidi is also a Certified Spin Instructor, YogaFit Trained Instructor and TurboKick/PiYo Instructor.

Heidi also enjoys competing as a sprint triathlete in various Wisconsin races.

John Pietenpol, NASM-CPTJohn Pietenpol, NASM-CPT

John graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Lacrosse with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sport Science. While at UW-Lacrosse, he was a 4 year letter winner on the varsity football team. John began his career in health and fitness as a physical education teacher, as well as a varsity football and track coach.

John holds a personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT) and has over 3 years experience as a personal trainer and manager, most recently as a territory manager for an in-home training company based out of Minnesota.

John stays active by competing locally and regionally in flag football.
